Accella™ Tirefill Systems - Eliminate Flat Tires Forever!
Even in the most hazardous environments, tires filled with TyrFil can never go flat. Our tire fill product allows equipment to operate over broken glass, nails, sharp metal, rocks, etc. TyrFil’s durability has been proven in thousands of demanding applications, including construction, mining, municipality, waste, and rental equipment. Despite cuts, penetrations, and punctures, TyrFil will keep your tires rolling – increasing productivity and eliminating downtime.
Commonly referred to as foam fill, our patented formulations eliminate flat tires, but with the performance and softer-ride of pneumatic tires. TyrFil is a two component liquid urethane that is pumped into the tire through the valve stem, replacing all of the air. Then the tire is pressurized to its operating pressure using the urethane. The polyurethane liquid then cures into a solid elastomer. Once cured, it protects the tire from punctures and significantly reduces costs of tire repair and replacement. The result is a flat-proofed solid tire with a softer ride than a solid rubber tire. No matter how harsh the conditions, TyrFil will perform.
TyrFil material expands to accommodate carcass growth with the carbon dioxide contained in the elastomer itself.
TyrFil allows tires to run smoother and cooler than solid and aperture tires – resulting in a longer lasting tyre and a better performing machine.
TyrFil allows the operator to customize the product to the specific application by allowing the choice of multiple durometers, tread patterns, and pressure options.
TyrFil is tough enough to fill the tires on the heaviest industrial equipment without having that pneumatic bounce.
